Basic Troubleshooting
1.Restart your Device.
A lot of issues can be easily resolved by simply restarting your iPhone or iPod Touch. If you are having problems, try this first.
2.Redownload and Reinstall the Application.
If restarting doesn’t help, you may try to re-download and install the application again. If you want to remove the application from your device first, be aware that removing an application will also delete application data.
General Questions
How to use Promo Code? Will I pay for it?
With promo codes we emailed to you, you can simply redeem the code through iTunes.
*PC:Go to iTunes Store → App Store → Click "Redeem" under "Quick Links" → Enter the code → Done.
*iOS devices: Go to App Store → Featured → Scroll down to the bottom and tap "Redeem" → Enter the code → Tap "Redeem" on the top right. You won't pay any fee for it is totally free.

*Limitations
1.One time use (each code can only be used for once).
2.Please redeem codes as soon as possible because codes expire after 28 days and will not be redeemable.
3.User cannot rate or review the app redeemed by code.
